The establishment offers attractions including sport and entertainment opportunities. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the establishment. Wireless internet access is available to travellers in the public areas. The accommodation offers various services and facilities, including a restaurant, a dining area and a laundry service, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I guess we were lucky.Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an indoor pool, or other amenities including complimentary wireless Internet access and a picnic area.Guests are welcomed at the hotel, which has a total of 65 rooms. I thought the 85 was steep for what we got. We paid $85/night and while sitting for 35 mintues I overheard others paying $120-140. Doesn't exactly make for a relaxing view. The hotel does sit on the edge of the river, however they neglect to mention the two LARGE factories that are on the opposite bank. The facility was adequate, however the service was lousy! The "breakfast" in the morning consisted of stale breads and bad fruit along with coffee and instant oatmeal. The computer needed to be rebooted (as I was told by the hotel manager Rose) and I proceeded to sit and be ignored for 35 minutes while she assisted 4 families that were checking out before I had to go and get her to come fix the computer. My husband had to go down to the desk to get them as anything that we called for was never delivered (still waiting for that iron.) The following day I went down to used the hotel provided internet to look up rates and times on surrounding attractions. We spent the entire next day at Cedar Point and arrived back at the hotel at approximately 11:30pm only to find that the beds had been shabbily made and that all the towels and cups had been removed from our room without replacements. The bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year and I refused to allow my daughter to use it. The pool was ample size, but the jets in the corner portions (swim spa type of thing) were broken and showed no sign of an impending fix. The towels were some brand of sandpaper that were made to look like bath towels. There was a bell with a sign that said "ring for service" and I wondered if I had to do that with them standing right there. I stood at the counter being ignored for 10 solid minutes as the manager and another employee were fussing with paperwork directly in front of me. ![]() We arrived on a Sunday to begin our family vacation. ![]() The computer needed to be rebooted (as I was told by the hotel manager Rose) and I.
